At Webzox, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any plan.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable to paid subscription plans. Free trial plans are not eligible for refunds.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be approved.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The refund request is made after the allowed timeframe
• The service has been heavily used or abused
• The subscription was renewed automatically
• Custom work or special services were provided
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Webzox reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
